McKinley Counseling accepts the insurance providers listed to the right, along with self-pay cash options, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and Health Savings Accounts (HSA). Payments can be made via all major credit cards through SimplePractice's payment services (Stripe).

If your insurance provider is not listed, please don't hesitate to inquire about alternative options โ€” there may still be a path forward.

Sliding scale payment options for sessions are open to discussion. Individual circumstances will be considered when deciding on the appropriate amount.

No Surprises Act

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate.

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your care will cost.

Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to give clients who are uninsured or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services. You can ask McKinley Counseling for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to keep a copy of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059. To request an estimate, contact McKinley Counseling at contact@mckinleycounseling.org.
